This is an extra special episode because we’re having one of my amazing Maverick Mastermind members on the show to talk about her experience in feeling stuck in her business and what has helped her have the breakthroughs she’s seen over the last 6 months!

Holly Haynes is a Side Hustle Strategist who helps women who are building a business while also working full time. She helps them nail their productivity strategy so they can successfully grow their business. 

When Holly and I connected, she was in a business model that limited how much she could earn, and she wasn’t sure how to grow her list with the right people who would want to buy. Plus, she needed help crafting powerful offers and a marketing plan to build visibility. In 6 months she went from stuck with one limited offer that not many people were seeing, to multiple high paying clients, a successful course launch, a successful podcast launch (so much so it’s now sponsored!), a group coaching program, multiple opt-ins that are growing her list, a brand new social media strategy that’s absolutely cranking, and so much more!

How Holly Got Started Building an Online Business

Holly got started as an entrepreneur as a member of a wellness coaching MLM. She was successful at building a team and bringing in income, but found herself tied to her phone. She started developing systems and processes that would allow her to take a step back from her business without sacrificing it’s growth.

Others began to ask Holly how she managed to work a full time job and find the time to be so successful at her online business. This is when things clicked for her! She knew she could help others get out of the busyness and hustle too (sound familiar?! It’s no wonder we clicked), and she began to think about how she could package up her process as an offer.


Holly’s Struggles to Build Up Her Business

Holly knew she wanted to create a course or a coaching platform where she could deliver her expertise, but she wasn’t sure how to do that. 

She also didn’t want to let go of her wellness coaching business in order to build her new business, but she didn’t know how to blend them together into a cohesive brand.

She felt like she was trying to do #allthethings but didn’t actually know what she should be doing to move the needle.

Holly isn’t a stranger to investing in courses. She would routinely by smaller courses and work through them on her own. She felt like she was making progress by doing this, it was just taking her a lot longer than she wanted.
